Repair & return shipment

After your approval, we will repair the model and send it back to you (collection is also possible).

  • Audit fee

    We charge a flat rate of CHF 60 for diagnosis & analysis - only due for actual repair.

  • Hourly rate according to expenditure

    Repairs are carried out on a time basis. The hourly rate will be clearly communicated to you in advance.

  • Spare parts separately

    Any spare parts required will be charged additionally. We use original or tested parts.

  • Return shipping costs

    Shipping to you is at cost & will be invoiced separately.
