Repair & return shipping
After your approval we repair your model and ship it back (pickup also possible).
Diagnosis fee
We charge a flat €60 for diagnosis and analysis — only billed if an actual repair is performed.
Hourly rate by effort
Repairs are billed by time spent. The hourly rate is communicated clearly upfront.
Spare parts billed separately
Required spare parts are billed in addition. We use original or tested parts.
Return shipping cost
Shipping back to you is billed separately at cost.
