RCXX.SHOP Return policy and right of withdrawal:
Return Policy:
- Our company offers a return and refund policy to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel your purchase within 5 days of receiving the order confirmation. If you have already received the product, please ensure that the product is unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

- Please note that return shipping costs will be borne by you, unless the product was delivered faulty or damaged. In this case, we will refund the return shipping costs.
- Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the purchase price (minus any shipping costs) to the original payment method.
Right of withdrawal:
- You have the right to cancel your purchase contract within 5 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 5 days from the date of receipt of the order confirmation.
