For shipping within Switzerland, we can offer our customers different options with Swiss Post: PostPac Priority and PostPac Economy. Below you will find a description of the shipping options.

PostPac Priority:

Fast shipping: For customers who want to receive their order quickly, we offer PostPac Priority. This service ensures that parcels are usually delivered the next working day.

Cost: Prices for PostPac Priority start at CHF 9 and vary depending on the weight of the parcel. This option is ideal for customers who value speed.

PostPacEconomy:

Cost-effective shipping: if our customer is willing to sacrifice fast delivery, PostPac Economy is a more cost-effective option, starting at CHF 7. Delivery usually takes place within two to three working days.

Free shipping from CHF 150: Orders with a value of over CHF 150 are sent free of charge via PostPac Economy.

Surcharge for PostPac Priority for orders over CHF 150:

Additional fee: For customers who prefer the faster PostPac Priority service for their qualifying orders over CHF 150, we charge an additional CHF 5. This ensures that we can offer a cost-effective express service free of charge to our customers even after the threshold has been exceeded.

Shipping options and costs:

Weight-based shipping rates: Customers in Europe can take advantage of our offer to have parcels weighing up to 30 kg shipped via FedEx. Shipping costs are based on weight, with prices ranging from CHF 19.90 for parcels up to 5 kg and up to CHF 80.00 for parcels up to 30 kg.

EU flat rate: We offer our customers a special flat rate for shipping within the European Union. Up to a weight of 5 kg, shipping costs a flat rate of CHF 19.90. This rate simplifies the ordering process for our customers as they know in advance what the shipping will cost, without variations for different EU destinations.

Delivery times: Customers can expect a delivery time of 1 to 3 working days after placing their order, ensuring fast processing and delivery.

Free shipping: If a customer's order value exceeds CHF 350, we will cover the shipping costs in full. This is an attractive offer for customers who tend to order in larger quantities or higher value products.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid):

All-inclusive shipping: under DDP shipping, we handle all customs clearance and associated duties, taxes and fees for our customers. This means that we, as the seller, bear all risks and costs until the goods reach our customers and all import duties (customs, VAT, etc.) have been paid. This offers our customers a worry-free experience as they are not faced with unexpected costs on delivery.

Customs clearance: We take care of all customs clearance and documentation, saving our customers time and potentially complicated bureaucratic hurdles. Pricing under DDP terms reflects a comprehensive service that covers the entire process from shipping to the last mile.

For customers outside Europe, such as in North and South America, Asia, the Middle East, the Far East and other parts of the world, we can offer the FedEx International Economy Service. The shipping time depends on the region and can vary from 1-2 days to 2-5 days. This service offers a cost-effective solution for less urgent shipments and is used by our private customers who prefer reliable delivery at a lower price.

Please note that the actual delivery time is influenced by various factors such as customs clearance processes, the distance between origin and destination and local delivery conditions.

Shipping costs for our customers outside Europe start at CHF 28 (approx. USD 30$ ) and can go up to CHF 59 (approx. USD 65$ ), depending on the weight of the parcel.
