Item out of stock, what now? (Backorder)

Items not in stock can still be ordered. They will be automatically dispatched as soon as they arrive. Delivery times may vary depending on the manufacturer (approximately 7–25 business days). We will ship items that are already in stock in advance.

In this case, simply send us an email with your previous order number and the item number you wish to add. We will add the item to your current order and invoice you for the additional item.

Registration & Account

Registering or logging in means a faster purchase process for you. The address fields on online forms are always pre-filled after you enter your information once. You can also add items you're interested in to your shopping cart and access them at any time without having to search again.

After logging in, you can make changes to your billing address, delivery address and payment method in your customer account.

If you've forgotten your password, you can click the "Forgotten password" link in the "My Account" menu. Please enter your current email address. You will then receive an email from us with a link that will allow you to reset your password.

After successful registration, you will normally receive a confirmation email from us. If this doesn't happen, it may be due to your spam filter or an incorrectly entered email address. In this case, please notify us via email or using the form in the contact section. Please always include your full name and email address.
