Click & Collect
Picking up from our store or warehouse, also known as “Click&Collect”, is a popular and convenient shipping method that is used and appreciated by many customers.
So that you as a customer can make optimal use of this option, please note the following points if you would like to pick up a product directly from our warehouse:
- 1. During the ordering process, select the “Pickup” option under the Delivery section.
- 2. You will automatically be shown where you can pick up the goods.
- 3. Please note that the system gives you the option to select "Pickup" even if the goods are not in stock. This means you can pre-order goods and then pick them up in person as soon as they arrive.
- 4. If you would like to pick up items immediately, make sure the item you want is in stock.
- 5. After placing your order, you will receive a pickup confirmation by email as soon as your items are ready for pickup.
Please note that items that are not in stock cannot of course be picked up immediately.

Parking options:
If you come by car, please note that you can park directly under the building. There are sufficient visitor parking spaces available. Then you just have to take the elevator to the 3rd floor.
