The SKYRC engine heater uses similar technology to that used by Formula 1, Indy Car and NASCAR teams! It preheats your engine to 60-70°C in 10 minutes, depending on the ambient temperature.

The SKYRC engine heater preheats all critical parts of your nitro engine, ensuring minimal stress and wear on the engine. It helps to reduce the load on the crankshaft, connecting rod, piston and sleeve during warm-up. In addition, the engine can be started very easily and smoothly without putting any strain on the starter.

Fuel consumption is much lower because you don't have to spend time warming up and tuning your engine. A preheated glow plug increases the life of the candle. It's also perfect for the break-in period as it reduces the "tweaking" of your new engine. You will find that engine preheating is a must. Above all, it quickly pays for itself as it increases the lifespan and performance of the engine!
