General Terms and Conditions RCXX.SHOP

  1. Scope of application These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between the customer and RCXX.SHOP (operator) within the framework of the online store.
  1. Contractual partner The contract is concluded with RCXX.SHOP, Astra Capital Holding Ltd, Gewerbestrasse 5, 6330 Cham, Switzerland. Information on how to contact us can be found in the legal notice on our website.
  1. Offer and conclusion of contract Our offers in the online store do not constitute a binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order. By sending the order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the products ordered. The contract is concluded when we accept the customer's order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail.
  1. Prices and terms of payment All prices are quoted in Swiss francs and include VAT. Additional shipping costs may be incurred, which will be communicated to the customer before the order is placed. Payment is made by the payment methods offered in the online store, e.g. credit card, bank transfer, etc.
  1. Delivery terms Delivery is made within the delivery period specified in the order. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and the product ordered.
  1. Right of withdrawal and returns The customer has a right of withdrawal of 5 days. Further information and instructions on exercising the right of withdrawal can be found in our separate withdrawal policy, which will be provided to you before the contract is concluded.
  1. Warranty and liability We are liable for defects within the scope of the statutory provisions. Please note the precise regulations in our separate warranty and liability agreement.
  1. Data protection The protection of your personal data is important to us. Please refer to our privacy policy, which is available on our website and provides information on what data we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to your data.
  1. Final provisions Swiss law applies to all legal relationships between RCXX.SHOP and the customer. Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
