3. Delivery Times
In-stock products: 1–3 business days (CH), 2–7 business days (EU)
Backordered products: Approx. 7–30 business days depending on supplier
4. Split Deliveries
If your order contains in-stock and backordered products, we will split it into two shipments:
1. In-stock items – shipped immediately
2. Backordered items – shipped later when available
5. Free Shipping – Limitations
Free shipping applies only to shipments with in-stock items totalling at least CHF 150.– (CH) or CHF 350.– (EU).
If your order includes backordered products:
- Only the first shipment (in-stock) qualifies for free shipping if it meets the threshold
- The second shipment (backorder) will always incur shipping costs

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your package is shipped (if available).

We are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, customs or third parties.
9. Undeliverable Packages
